Hi, I’m Jenny. I am a Ph.D. candidate (ABD) in Information Systems at Arizona State University.
I will be on the academic job market in 2026–2027.
My research examines how digital technologies and regulation influence healthcare delivery, clinical operations, and innovation. In particular, I study telehealth delivery models, provider workload in hybrid care systems, and privacy regulation in clinical trial design.
